- Now you need to fill in the form accept the user agreement and then click on ‘Create Account’.

- Now after completing creating an account, click on ‘continue’. This message will congratulate you for creating an account.
- Now select ‘Manage My Account/Login’. See 3 of Image A.
- Take out the previously created User ID and Password feed them onto the screen and then click on ‘login now’.
- You click agree as there will be a statement on ‘Confidentiality Agreement’.
- Select “Already receiving TANF, Food Stamps, Medical Assistance, CAPS, or WIC benefits” option.
- Now enter your DOB and your SSN (Social Security Number) or Client ID.
- Then just click on continue.
- Now go to ‘Apply Benefits’ option. See 1 of Image A.
- Submit documents and wait for your case to update.
