  • On the right-hand side on a blue-white panel at the centre, you will see the ‘Create an Account’ option. Select it. See 2 of Image A.
  • Do remember that the ‘user ID’ and ‘password’ will be set hear, Do remember your user ID and password. I would suggest you copy the number and paste it into a safe location or upload it to the cloud.

Step 3: Link Your Case

  • Now after completing creating an account, click on ‘continue’. This message will congratulate you for creating an account.
  • Now select ‘Manage My Account/Login’. See 3 of Image A.
  • Take out the previously created User ID and Password feed them onto the screen and then click on ‘login now’.
  • You click agree as there will be a statement on ‘Confidentiality Agreement’.
  • Select “Already receiving TANF, Food Stamps, Medical Assistance, CAPS, or WIC benefits” option.
  • Now enter your DOB and your SSN (Social Security Number) or Client ID.
  • Then just click on continue.
  • Now go to ‘Apply Benefits’ option. See 1 of Image A.
  • Submit documents and wait for your case to update.
